Description Hans de Goede 2004-08-08 13:05:37 UTC
Version: (using KDE KDE 3.2.3)
Installed from: RedHat RPMs

When you change the fixed width font in kcontrol, nothing changes in konsole, I would expect konsole to use the font from kcontrol and just apply a size change depending on the size selected by the user.

Or at the very least, simply use the configured Monospace font as the default terminal font, and change its size VIA "Small", "Medium", "Large", etc.

We tried that but that didn't work very well. The global fixed width font is in general not suitable for the needs of konsole.
