Version:           4.4.1 (using KDE 3.2.2,  (testing/unstable))
Compiler:          gcc version 3.3.3 (Debian 20040401)
OS:                Linux (i686) release 2.4.26

Several Problems during Cooperation between Treo 270 and PC via KPilot

The Transfer crashes 2 or 3 times, then it works in most cases.

The Address Transfer from PC to Treo 270 does not work.

If I create a new entry in the address book in Kpilot, it will not be transferred.

If I create a new entry on Treo 270, it will be transferred to Kpilot

German Umlaute like Ü, Ä, Ö are replaced by ??

Kodierung westeuropaeisch (Iso 8859-1)

Ludger, are all those problems still valid in the newest version op kpilot? The encoding can be fixed via the settings and the other problems are maybe solved in the newest version....

4.4.1 is ancient and unsupported.  Ludger, please update to the latest version of kpilot (4.5) and try things again.  =:)

Tom's right, the encoding issue can be fixed by the proper configuration settings (that I don't think were present in 4.4.1).

And the rest--I can't reproduce this, and am going to mark this as closed.

Please update this bug if you have any questions/concerns.
