Description Nikolaj Nielsen 2004-07-22 12:37:58 UTC
Version: v0.3 (using KDE 3.2.2, Gentoo)
Compiler: gcc version 3.3.2 20031218 (Gentoo Linux 3.3.2-r5, propolice-3.3-7)
OS: Linux (i686) release 2.6.3-gentoo-r1

Pdf file opens fine, but anytime the letter combination "fi" (an f followed by an i, such as in the word "find") the f and i are reåplaces by blank spaces. The word "find" becomes " nd" and so on....

Have experienced this problem with several different pdf files.

Nikolaj

Can you attach a sample file? We have a new version on the works i and i want to check if it fixes that bug.

I recently saw a printed pdf (from Win) where all the double quotes (") were replaced by the 'fi' letters. Maybe fi is a special pattern for pdfs..
-> Nikolaj can you attach the bad rendered pdf please?

Closing the bug as we can not reproduce it and the reporter has not provided a pdf that fails
