Version: (using KDE KDE 3.2.91) Installed from: Debian testing/unstable Packages OS: Linux The new 'Special Window Settings' option that seems to replace the old 'Save window settings' is confusing and hard to use. I've been trying to get the previous behavior that worked fine in KDE 3.2: having the Kopete main window at a static position, on all desktops. This was very easy in KDE 3.2 -- change the window's properties and then click 'Save window settings' -- but I've not managed to make it work in KDE 3.3's new system, even after fiddling with it for a good while, trying the 'Detect' option, etc. Suggested fix: Leave the 'Special Window Settings' option for those who want it, but reintroduce the old 'Save window settings' option that Just Works. Please. :)
