Version:           0.98 (using KDE KDE 3.2.1)
Installed from:    RedHat RPMs

The new files installed with 0.98 were not included in the kst.spec.in file, therefore rpms cannot be built.

The attached patch adds missing intsalled files to kst.spec.in.

   Yes, files were added to Kst without adding them to the spec file.  The RPM 
should still build though... at least it does for me.  Just those plugins 
don't get installed.
