Version:           3.2.3 (using KDE 3.2.3, SuSE)
Compiler:          gcc version 3.3.3 (SuSE Linux)
OS:                Linux (i686) release 2.6.5-7.95-default

When opening a a konqueror in super user mode as a normal user, it crashes. It appears that this is a dupulcate of bug 51381, but this is marked as fixed. But since it still crashing, I am opening it again.
