Description Peter Leugner 2004-07-08 14:51:59 UTC
Version: 2.0.2 (using KDE KDE 3.2.3)
Installed from: Compiled From Sources
Compiler: gcc 3.3.3
OS: Linux

Internet tagging doesn't work through a proxy server. The musicbrainz library does support proxies afaik, but juk doesn't use it. Please do :-)

I just now fixed it, but forgot to CCMAIL b.k.o.

JuK will use KDE's proxy settings for http protocol to define MusicBrainz's proxy.

Looks like the program trm, that is used by juk to get the IDs doesn't support proxies. Any ideas?
Comment 3 Scott Wheeler 2004-07-19 00:24:13 UTC
Well, I'm basically planning on using a lib-ified version of TRM at some point. It may be possible to use KIO there.
