It would be nice to be able to select the INDEX vector without typing in INDEX for the field, when using the Edit Vector/New Vector dialog.

CVS commit by netterfield: 

Data sources now report "INDEX" as one of the fields.
(we need to decide about internationalization of this)

Eq dialog no longer has groupbox within groupbox.
