Version:           2.1.4 (using KDE 3.2.2, compiled sources)
Compiler:          gcc version 3.2.3
OS:                Linux (i686) release 2.4.26

When phone line hangs up kppp doesn't restore connection. I think that's serios bug.

p.s. it should be good idea to add function which reconnects when traffic falls

This opetion really work. I close this bug.
