Version:           0.98-devel (using KDE 3.2.1, compiled sources)
Compiler:          gcc version 3.3.2
OS:                SunOS (sun4u) release 5.8

Enter label mode, create a label. Then click it (it tends to enter the drag mode too easily, I don't know if that can be configured but right now you really have to click without moving the mouse at all !). The Label Editor opens, but changes made in the dialog are only applied after "OK" is clicked.
