I remember Bangkok/Thailand was there in kde 3.2.2

Well the stationlist has indeed be updated. Maybe it should be updated again but as you can see in bug #70745 it's not that easy to get a valid list...

I mark this bug as a duplicate. Until this issue has been fixed you can input the station id for Bangkok/Thailand by hand: VTBD
