Description Andrew Hartford 2004-05-26 20:40:37 UTC
Version: (using KDE KDE 3.2.1)
Installed from: Compiled From Sources

It seems that the renamer will happily add wierd characters to the new file name if the id3 tag has the same wierd characters. I would like these to be filtered out optionaly: spaces replaced by underscores, etc. Also, I share my files over samba, and the windows filesystem is more restrictive, not allowing these 10 chars --> \/:*?"<>| It would be nice if juk could filter these out as an option. I was also suprised that genre isn't allowed in the renameing scheme, but this is covered by another bug I believe.
