Holding the mouse button down for slightly longer than necessary on either of the scroll up buttons on the vertical scroll bar causes the button to become stuck (as if lots of clicks are buffered up). Scrolling eventually stops or if another window is given focus.

I can't say I've ever seen this... reopen if you can duplicate with KDE 3.3.x or 3.4.x

Haven't seen this for a while myself now using 3.3.2 so hopefully it got fixed somewhere. Can't upgrade to 3.4 yet as SuSE haven't released all the rpms (kdebase etc) for SuSE 8.2. Haven't been using the computer so often recently either, but I'll reopen if I see it again.
