Version: unknown (using KDE 3.2.1, Gentoo) Compiler: gcc version 3.3.3 20040217 (Gentoo Linux 3.3.3, propolice-3.3-7) OS: Linux (i686) release 2.6.4-gentoo-r1 There is often times no need to bring up the full wizard/dialog box when editing items in the todo list. This is basically a database editor, with a form view, and a table view. Right now the table view only shows the data, and minimal opportunity to change the content. If a users sees the data the the user wants to change, ve should be able to click on it and have it do something. For columns that are not simple, a limited dialog box could be usefull. Todo already has some of this capability in the categories section, I submitted a similar feature request for kalarm that was rejected. Maybe if the widget were developed to do such things, we could have a database application in koffice, have the functionality in the address book, todo list, and in kalarm, and of course other database type programs.
Reassigning all KOrganizer bug reports and wishes to the newly created korganizer-devel mailing list.
The current todo view supports in-line editing of almost all displayed data. Simply click twice (no double click tough) on something you want to change, and there you go. Using Tag and Shift-Tab you can cycle through all visible todos. This should be release with KOrganizer for KDE4.
