Description Jose Hernandez 2004-03-28 23:10:31 UTC
Version: v0.8.4 (using KDE 3.2.90 (CVS >= 20040117), compiled sources)
Compiler: gcc version 3.2.3 20030422 (Gentoo Linux 1.4 3.2.3-r3, propolice)
OS: Linux (i686) release 2.4.20-gentoo-r6

I have a list of 100> files most from the same server and a transfer limit of 1 file at a time (on modem). I can't download them because every other file fails to connect, showing the 'trying to connect' animation forever. I don't think this is a connection problem since they're all from the same server and I assume there is a connection timeout coded in, so this may be a separate, critical bug.
Comment 1 Jose Hernandez 2004-03-28 23:12:12 UTC
Also, trying to pause the stuck files does nothing. I must exist online mode and unpause, requeue, then restart.
Comment 2 Jose Hernandez 2004-03-31 13:30:43 UTC
And, trying to delete them causes kget to freeze up. Restarting has the same problem and the only way around this is to remove ~/.kde/share/apps/kget/transfers.kgt

This should be fixed in KGet2 (KDE 4)...
