Version:           3.0.2 (using KDE 3.2.1, compiled sources)
Compiler:          gcc version 3.3.3
OS:          Linux (i686) release 2.4.25-lck1

It would be great if an integration with the powerful console tool SpLint existed with KDevelop.
The tool is hosted on http://www.splint.org and it's an enhanced lint, with an output consistent such as the gcc's one.

Ok... I know that maybe I'm the only one interested in =)
So, I think that if I'll find some spare time and energies I'll try to build the plugin by myself :-)
But I know nothing of kdevelop api... How shall I begin? What classes? Any suggestion? 
How can I build a kdevelop part similar to the valgrind one?

we won't do it and thus it would need to live outside the project core so I don't see a point in keeping this open.
