Version: 3.2 (using KDE 3.2.0, Gentoo) Compiler: gcc version 3.3.2 20031218 (Gentoo Linux 3.3.2-r5, propolice-3.3-7) OS: Linux (i686) release 2.6.1-qeldroma I just wanted to print what i see and ... wonder oh wonder... it's impossible to print the calendar as viewed on the screen. Of course, there are a lot of different output-views, but none of them matches EXACTLY the onscreen-layout. Why? I like the onscreen layout so much, that i screenshot&print it in the moment, to have it like that...
I agree! I have been using Lotus Organizer for a long time and what a liked most was the 'Weekly (work) week' print layout, where days are displayed next to each other and the timeline is displayed on the left in the first column...
Created attachment 5364 [details] A pdf document of a weekly work week print layout as generated by Lotus Organizer This layout looks nice...
Hi Florian and Kurt! Have you tried "Print week" together with the "Print as timetable view"? Attached is an example (I set the page orientation to portrait so it looks like the Lotus file), which I think looks very much like the onscreen layout. What exactly don't you like about it? Okay, there are some minor things like that the lines in the small calendar in the title bar are a little too small, and that some of the boxes are off by a few pixel... But these can be fixed easily (once I find the time to do some work on kde again). Thanks again for the report, Reinhold Created an attachment (id=5370) print-1.pdf
;-) What i don't like is, that it's not EXACTLY as shown in the screen in p.e. one-week-layout. I would like it really much more to have a printout of what i see exactly on the screen. The possibilities for printing are, of course, good, nearly similar to outlook, but they are all different from the screen-layout. p.e.:http://rustedtech.homelinux.net/example.png Am Mittwoch 24 März 2004 11:03 schrieb Reinhold Kainhofer: > ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- > You reported the bug, or are watching the reporter. > > http://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=78137 > > > > > ------- Additional Comments From reinhold kainhofer com 2004-03-24 12:03 > ------- Hi Florian and Kurt! > Have you tried "Print week" together with the "Print as timetable view"? > Attached is an example (I set the page orientation to portrait so it looks > like the Lotus file), which I think looks very much like the onscreen > layout. > > What exactly don't you like about it? > Okay, there are some minor things like that the lines in the small calendar > in the title bar are a little too small, and that some of the boxes are off > by a few pixel... Reassigning all KOrganizer bug reports and wishes to the newly created korganizer-devel mailing list.
Are there any interesting differences remaining between the on-screen Agenda view and the printed weekly timetable?
