Hi,

KView shows animated GIF's as static pictures. Is it possible to start the animation? Konqueror does animate them.

Same with kuickshow... do you suggest to write an additional bugreport to the kuickshow developers?

It's not possible to few animations in KView currently. It's possible to 
implement, though.

If you think Kuickshow should support animations, too you need to post another 
bugreport, yes.
