When I print a web page (http or file, both the same) that contains
HTML lists (e.g., <ol> or <ul>), the page is split into two columns. The first column carries the main text (outside the list) and the list marks. The second column carries the list items.

After printing, the screen output (which was correct before) is also set up as two columns.

The web page given in comment #3 seems to be another example for the malfunction, its content having nothing to do with the problem otherwise.

BTW: Bug appears also on SuSE 9.1 (x86_64) KDE 3.2.1 (standard RPMs).

the bug appears also on KDE 3.3.2 on Mandrake Cooker rpms. The layout is not preserved.
