I believe you, but without being reproduceable or having a useable backtrace, this bug report isn't worth keeping. Closing.
It is reproducable... what information do you need? Also if it comes up now all chars in words which are underlined have also green or red background.

If we can't reproduce it or have a backtrace to at least point us to where the crash is, there is simply no way we can fix it. Keeping a no-information, non-reproduceable bugreport open is just noise.
