Description Nick Shaforostoff 2004-02-29 11:24:33 UTC
Version: (using KDE KDE 3.2.0)

When I have text selected in both msgstr and msgid fields (panes), then right click on text selected in msgid, then select 'Copy' item, it still copies text selected in msgstr to clipboard.

So Copy item is simply duplicates Edit->Copy.

Maybe this should be resolved together with #42195

The code is pretty screwed and can't be easily fixed. This has to wait. :-(
Comment 2 Nick Shaforostoff 2005-02-09 07:45:11 UTC
hm, kbabel from kde 3.3 (aside of crashes due to big poinfocache) resets selection in first field when second field gets selection, this is enough
Comment 3 Eddy Petrişor 2006-12-08 14:47:29 UTC
I can reproduce this with kbabel from 3.5.5-3.
The selection is does not disappear as Nick says.

I have initially reported this in http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=308237
Comment 4 Eddy Petrişor 2008-05-26 22:21:44 UTC
I have just checked this in Debian Lenny (3.5.9-1) and the bug is still present.
