Description Nathan Toone 2004-02-23 04:18:34 UTC
Version: (using KDE Devel)
Installed from: Compiled sources

In 3.1, I was able to drag a link from one konqueror instance into another and have that link open in the second one. This functionality is gone in 3.2.

Works fine here... Are the two instances for the same user ?
Comment 2 Nathan Toone 2004-02-23 15:42:11 UTC
Yes - they are. I can d-n-d images, but not links. Clicking and dragging doesn't even show the drag icon. I can't drag links to the bookmark bar or anywhere else either.

Since it's not crashing, I don't have any more information - is there something that I can do to get you more information?

The problem also exists in 3.2 branch.
Comment 4 Leo Savernik 2004-03-04 17:43:49 UTC
Indeed, it worked w/o problems in KDE 3.2.0, now that I upgraded to 3.2.1 it is broken.

Gaaah, this has an heavy impact on my browsing habits.

David Faure just fixed this and backported it (KDE 3.2.2).
