Version: (using KDE KDE 3.2.0) Installed from: Debian stable Packages OS: Linux Set a window as always on top. Now click on a running program that is minimised on the dock (for example juk). Click on the juk dock icon to minimise it to the tray. If juk is behind the window that is set on top, juk will not hide itself. If you move juk so that its not behind the always-on-top window clicking on the dock icon will minimise it just fine. Thanks, Cirrus
