Version:           0.8.3 (using KDE KDE 3.2.0)
Installed from:    Compiled From Sources
Compiler:          gcc 3.2.3 
OS:          Linux

When trying to download mozilla thunderbird, I clicked on "pause" buttom. After, tried to delete the file by the menu, context-menu and toolbar button. After confirming the message, the file still there. And the "resume" button remains disabled.

Same for me. After restarting KGet some of the deleted transfers were shown again but kget didn't download or let me delete them properly ...

Were the downloads by any chance already finished?

Seems to be resolved on 0.8.4
