Installed from:    RedHat RPMs
OS:          Linux

Launch Feedback -> Taskbar notification cannot be disabled. Doing so causes the panel to disappear. This combination DOES work in 3.14.

Works for me, please provide more details (backtrace, debug output from ~/.xsession-errors, etc.).
