Version:           3.2.0 (using KDE 3.2.0, SuSE)
Compiler:          gcc version 3.3.1 (SuSE Linux)
OS:          Linux (i686) release 2.4.21-166-athlon

Go to http://www.nitwit.de and resize the window (horizontally). The page consists of a simple frameset of 3 horizontally align frames (cols="150,*,30"), the very right frame will stay on its position while the middle frame is resized. In fact the right frame stays on top, it does even cover the scroll bar of the middle frame.
