Description S. Burmeister 2004-02-03 00:26:48 UTC
Version: (using KDE KDE 3.2.0)
Installed from: SuSE RPMs
OS: Linux

I think that it might be very useful, if when right-clicking on the kget button floating on the desktop there was a possibility to set the d/l directory. I do not think that most people d/l all their files to the same directory. As it is at the moment they would have to open kget and then change the directory, everytime.

If there was an entry in the context-menu such as: copy to, as it is in a normal konqueror context menu, one could easily chose the desired directory. If the last 5-10 directries are remembered in a list it would even be easier, as on ewould have some kind of favorite d/l folders to quickly pick from.

You can set the default download directory (also for each file type, regexp,...) in the KGet configuration dialog.
