Sometimes when I am enabling a "class B implements interface A" (and I expect a dashed lined arror) the relationship is drawn as inheritance (solid line). This happens frequently, accompanied by #bug 72615.

I believe the implements issue is noted in comments for bug 72615, so marking
as a duplicate.
