Description Carsten Schlipf 2004-01-21 13:59:59 UTC
Version: 3.2.0 (using KDE 3.2.0 RC1, compiled sources)
Compiler: gcc version 3.2.2 20030222 (Red Hat Linux 3.2.2-5)
OS: Linux (i686) release 2.4.20-18.9

If the link in a image map is not visible and located right of the visible area and you have to use the horizontal scrollbar to make it visible again, the link is not working any more.

How to reproduce:

(1) Load http://selfhtml.teamone.de/html/grafiken/anzeige/img_usemap.htm
(2) Move the mouse over "Bamberg". The mouse pointer should become a hand.
(3) Make the window as narrow as possible
(4) Scroll the window to the right, so that "Bamberg" is visible again.
(5) Move the mouse over "Bamberg". The mouse pointer does not become a hand and the link is not working any more.

Workaround: Make the Window big enough, so that the whole image map is visible at once. However this is not always possible or very inconvenient (e.g. if you play on http://karopapier.beididi.de, a game that uses large image maps).
