Behaviour: While netscape can connect without any problems to the internet =
via my "LAN-to-Internet" Proxy (software: Proxy+ see www.proxyplus.cz) ko=
nqueror cannot although the proxy settings are definitely right. It display=
s: "cannot connect to server". It worked just fine with the kleopatra versi=
on of konqueror.

System config:

Intel Pentium 150 / 75MHz bus speed
Debian GNU/Linux ver 2.1/2.2
glibc 2.1
EGCS-GCC 2.95.2
kernel 2.2.15
KDE ver 1.92
X11 ver 3.3.3.1
64 megs of RAM

Well-known bug...
 
Workaround: edit your ~/.kde/share/config/kioslaverc and change the HttpProxy
key to httpProxy. Then proxy support will work in the beta too (the same
applies to the ftp proxy settings) .
Note that you have to restart your session to make the changes work.
