The KDE Performance page contains some options for Konqueror preloading and 
memory usage. It needs documentation which will live in kdebase/doc/kcontrol. 
Take a look at the other documents in kdebase/doc/kcontrol to get an idea of 
what is needed. 
    
If you wish to take up this todo, please contact kde-doc-english@kde.org to  
avoid duplicating effort.

New Kcontrol manual page

This is a docbook file for the KControl module (KDE performance).  I am not
very CVS savy so if someone could:

1) Check the document for markup/grammer/spelling
2) Create the necessary files to integrate this into CVS and the helpcenter
3) Close this bug when that is completed.
