sending file to a kopete contact.

that may sound stupid... and that may be stupid as well. i don't know.

but, do you guys remember a moment where a so nice sound is playing and all you think at this moment is to spread the word and tell to everybody how good the song you are listening is.

let's see, you listen to a shoutcast radio.

- right click, copy URL to clipboard... ?

or

- right click, send to contact
- then .... i dont know, how they could communicate together.

it is just an idea.

if you are listening a shoutcast, that could simply send the URL, or the .pls file.
if you are listening to a .ogg, .mp3, .anything, that would send the file.

what do you think ?

\me thinks of kopete's "now Listening" plugin...

Its already there, just use it.

Ok, sorry, "now listening" is not really what you want...

Kopete can query Noatun via dcop for the filename if wanted. I'd say this can be done using "now listening". It surely can't be done by Noatun because you have to know the contact to send the message to.

There is now a 'Copy to > Contact' in konqueror with KIMProxy.
