Version: 1.3 Beta (using KDE 3.1.94 (CVS >= 20031206), compiled sources) Compiler: gcc version 3.2.3 20030422 (Gentoo Linux 1.4 3.2.3-r3, propolice) OS: Linux (i686) release 2.6.0-gentoo Sometimes when compiling or going through installations that produce a lot of output/delay/output behavior and either switching to another application, switching between console tabs with SHIFT+ARROW, or loosing focus to another application that steals it, the scroll window of that previous console is stopped at the last line output at that time. This was hard to try to reproduce, but it does happen often when working normally. I have both scrollbar and tab bar to hidden (maybe a cause?). A typical process might be as follows 1) start compiling 2) switch away in some way mentioned above 3) switch back after some time (long enough to produce several more lines of output) to that konsole tab and it looks as though it's still compiling and going to output again at any moment when in reality it's past that point. I then scroll down with SHIFT+PAGEDOWN to the end of output and find out whether it's really output more since then.
Try a newer version; reopen if you can still duplicate. I do your 1-3 steps all the time and haven't noticed anything strange.
