Version: 2.1.5 (using KDE 3.1.4) Installed from: (testing/unstable) Compiler: gcc version 3.3.2 (Debian) OS: Linux (i686) release 2.6.0-test9 After KDevelop has started up, even not any project loaded, not any document opened, the width of KDevelop's main window is much larger than the screen after KDevelop's main window maximized(by clicked the "maximize" button on the right up corner of KDevelop's main window). This also occured when I try to move the right border of KDevelop's main window to left(to resize the main window and make the width a little smaller) when KDevelop's main window not maximized. If I try to move the right border of KDevelop's main window to left, it won't decrease it's width, instead, it increases it a little. This doesn't happen to other applications I have used so far in my computer. Some hardware information(maybe this will be helpful to you): main board: Gigabyte GA-7VA video card: NVidia GeForce2 monitor : Philips 105B
This bug (along with 99 other reported bugs and whishes) is fixed in KDevelop 3.0 Sorry, KDevelop 2.x is no longer under development. You are strongly advised to update to the latest CVS version of KDevelop3, code name gideon, take a look at: http://www.kdevelop.org/index.html?filename=branches_compiling.html for all the details you need. If you find a problem or need help please send a mail to the mailing list: http://www.kdevelop.org/index.html?filename=mailinglist.html or drop us a line at the channel #kdevelop on the server irc.kde.org using ksirc, for example.
