Description Dik Takken 2004-01-10 15:06:36 UTC
Version: (using KDE KDE 3.1.94)
Installed from: Compiled From Sources
OS: Linux

Many log-in websites, like bugs.kde.org use cookies to remember my login. As I can see in Konqueror's cookie configuration dialog, the expiration for the bugs.kde.org login is 30/06/2029 02:00. However, I have to re-login on bugs.kde.org about every other day. It seems like Konqueror does not look at the expiration date correctly. The same problem shows on many other cookie-login sites.

Maybe this is somehow related to Bug 64182?

Yes, this is likely caused by the same bug resolved in BR# 64182. Is there anyway you can try the latest KDE_3_2_BRANCH since you compile from sources and let us know if the problem seems to be resolved by Waldo's recent fix ? You can find the details @ http://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=64182.
