Description Monica Smith 2004-01-03 14:59:28 UTC
Version: 4.1 (using KDE 3.1.0)
Installed from: Mandrake Linux Cooker i586 - Cooker
Compiler: gcc version 3.2.2 (Mandrake Linux 9.1 3.2.2-3mdk)
OS: Linux (i686) release 2.4.21-0.13mdk

KWrite does not send message to printer--i.e. cannot print.

No problem printing from "evolution" "gimp" "office.org"

In other words, the computer and the printer work together, except when the program is Kde

any ideas, anders ?
allready solved in cvs I guess, with the newer printing code
Comment 2 Christoph Cullmann 2004-01-05 22:47:19 UTC
as for me, printing works well and I never got this message ever (but I got some bad infinite loops in the past, but not since the latest qt stuff is around), I will close this bug as works for me, for kde 3.2

so your kde printing system needs to be configured correctly... it's still not a bug in kate/kwrite
