Version:           2.2 (using KDE KDE 3.1.94)
Installed from:    Mandrake RPMs
OS:          Linux

Currently in Kate if I go to the File menu there are 5 other entries before the Quit button, which is inconsistent to the rest of KDE. Another problem in the same style, is that the Help menu is not last, there are 4 other menus before it.

hmm, help menu is here the last of the menus, and that there are many entries in the file menu is just a must, we can't avoid that, and quit is as usual the last entry, seperated by a seperator

Strange, I downloaded the latest cooker from links at Distrowatch.com and this is how it was.
