in module kdebase

When attempting to build debian packages from CVS sources the building fails.

$(kde_htmldir) points to /usr/share/doc/HTML/ when it should point to /usr/share/doc/kde/HTML/

It is user specific - this works fine here as long as you use debuild or 
dpkg-buildpackage. It requires that admin is there which has the debianrules 
file which sets these path's the way it's to be used by debian.

As I'm building the packages from CVS daily this hasn't changed and works, 
therefore I'm closing the bug.
