i think it would be very intuitive to implement a mousewheel-scroll-down-while-mouse-over-kicker-hides-kicker function .. like the nice change-workspace-over-pager-scroller-function ..

otherways it always make me screen in fullscreen konsole when changing terminal-tab using the mouse , and *pop* autohiding-kicker comes up ... would be funny to be able to hide it with a simple scolldown-move .. thanks

Sorry, but this conflicts with functionality of showing/minimizing windows with scrollwheel.
