OS:          FreeBSD (i386) release 4.9-STABLE

With two screens in a Xinerama mode, I'd expect the background settings to offer a mode, where each screen will be capable of displaying different things. At least -- the same thing, but "Xinerama aware" -- so that the thing (drawing, picture) is centered on each of the monitors properly...
