Description Luke Plant 2003-12-26 18:14:30 UTC
Version: (using KDE KDE 3.1.94)
Installed from: RedHat RPMs
OS: Linux

From KWord and KSpread, and maybe other KOffice apps:

If I print a file that has one or more spaces in the filename, and choose 'Print to PDF' as the printer, then the filename that appears in the print dialog box has the spaces converted to %20. Depending on the number of spaces, and possibly what comes after the spaces, this either results in a print file with a strange name, or printing fails with a long message that pops up and disappears again.

e.g.
"test doc.kwd" appears as "test%20doc.kwd", prints as "test 1doc.pdf"

"test doc 1.kwd" appears as "test%20doc%201.kwd" and fails to print.

This could be a kdeprint bug, I guess.
