Version:           2.1.5 (using KDE KDE 3.1.4)
Installed from:    Compiled From Sources
Compiler:          gcc 3.2.3 20030422 Gentoo i686 2.4.20-gaming-r3
OS:          Linux

From the main menu select Project/New    
	kdevelop crashes.

or Project/Open
	select file from dialog
	kdevelop crashes.

I'm sorry, all further development on the the 2.x series is now stopped. No further bugfix releases are planned for it and all development is now taking place on the soon to be released KDevelop3.
