Close Tree and Output views in Childframe mode and then switch to Ideal

There doesn't seem to be any way to get the Tree and Output views back once you are in ideal mode. Switching to ideal mode should probably force these to be recreated.

I dunno.. this is probably still a bug, and _maybe_ KDevelop's responsibility to fix although I'd argue not.

Two points though:
1. It IS possible to get them back though. view -> tool view.. get's them back
2. Runtime UI mode switching is now disabled (at least in current HEAD)

This is probably as fixed as it is ever likely to get in recent CVS.
