Version: (using KDE KDE 3.1) Installed from: SuSE RPMs OS: Linux Every time one changes of channel the volume is reset to a default volume that is hardly audible. Is there any way to save the volume setting to a preference file or store it so it doesn't need adjusting all the time? thanx for this great program by the way :-)

Unless someone randomly contributes a patch for this, I fear we won't fix it. We rewrote KWinTV and while it was stalled for about a year, it is under development again. I'm optimistic that we can release a new version in the coming year. Meanwhile, see www.kwintv.org if you would like to "beta"-test.
