Hello, most bug reports for automatic proxy configuration are closed.

It worked in 3.1.4 but not in 3.2 beta1 and 3.2 beta2, either.

I have to load a proxy.pac to access the net. It works with mozilla, but not
in konqi.
configuration URL: http://<fully qualified host>/proxy.pac
