The steps given on http://dot.kde.org/1041714974/1043239181/ work. This has to be done in each subdirectory of koffice-1.2.94/doc/.
This is a problem with konstruct, so I suggest that you check the konstruct bugs and then opens a new one if needed. Thanks for your report
