Description Jan Killius 2003-12-02 10:48:44 UTC
Version: (using KDE Devel)
Installed from: Compiled sources
Compiler: gcc version 3.3.2 20031022 (Gentoo Linux 3.3.2-r3, propolice)
OS: Linux

If I restore an old kde session with a transparent konsole the background is displayed bogus. I have to restart konsole to resolv the error.

resizing should be enough
Comment 2 Jan Killius 2003-12-02 15:54:39 UTC
It helps sometimes but not always ...
Comment 3 Thiago Macieira 2003-12-03 04:33:45 UTC
Still, I can confirm that. HEAD from yesterday.

Resizing or moving always suffices, except when Konsole stops drawing the background at all. In that case, changing the schema works.

It's annoying me at startup so it would be nice to solve this problem

For me this error occurs only when there are several konsole "tabs" (sessions).
The main one (with focus) is displayed correctly but the when I switch to
another one the background is displayed in tiles instead in fullsize.

Debian woody 3.2 packages (from kde.org).
Konsole 1.3.

Bug seems to be a duplicate of Bug 71213 or vice versa.
