Version:           3.0 beta 1 (using KDE KDE 3.1.93)
Installed from:    Gentoo Packages

KDevelop should allow each project to have its own editor settings. I work on two projects that have different indentation styles, and now that I have both of them in KDevelop 3, I have to reconfigure the editor every time I want to switch projects.
