Version: (using KDE KDE 3.1.93) Installed from: Compiled From Sources Reproducable: Open Konqueror. Load an MP3 (didn't check Oggs); for example the one I saw this with: http://www.alexburr.com/lotr/mp3/mordor_theme.mp3 The MP3 'previewer' is loaded, with at the bottom the player controls and in the center blank, grey space. One would assume that doubleclicking in the center would start the player. So doubleclick in that empty space in the middle, and see the screen go black for a second, after which the MP3 starts playing. I suppose this is not very desirable. (Since I really haven't got a clue where this belongs (Konqueror? Kio?), I've put this here)
kmplayer?
I don't think so, because I don't have kmplayer installed.
That's what KDE gets for hiding all the appnames, nobody knows how the application is called :P For me kaboodle opens a small window aside the bottom right of my konqueror but closes it immediately after playing starts, I guess kaboodle wants to create some video embedding widget but that's not needed here.
All reports about kaboodle has been closed because is no more developed and mantained in KDE 4. Moreover the is no feedback since a lot of time. Thanks all anyway for contributing with bug reports.
