Installed from:    Compiled sources

When I drag a .po file from KMail (attachment) to kbabel window, if I catch it 
by the text, it opens the file in Kbabel, but if I catch it by the Icon, I get 
a message there is a problem with mime types.
I think dragging the icon should give the same result as catching the text.
